Being an engineering company run by a team of the finest tech-minds in Bangladesh, India, Malaysia, Singapore, and Netherlands, and other parts of the world, we have set ourselves on the path of ‘Linking the Future’. Reactron has heavily invested itself in R&D of few important projects such as –
- Wave Energy Converter Power Plant – Simply by harnessing sea waves, a potential source of renewable energy, we can produce 10-20-MW electricity. We have delineated the preliminary design and submitted it to the relevant authorities for their approval and further development.
- Anaerobic Type Waste Water Treatment Plant – We are collaborating with independent researchers to discover a friendly waste decomposing bacterium. The rest of the plant will be looked after by Reactron.
- RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) Device – Our Research and Development team is trying to develop an RFID device to facilitate production line tracking and identification of key slack points and optimum production management.
- Cargo Weight Estimation Device – An equipment to determine the actual weight of the cargo in a ship and also to determine the actual fuel consumption by the engine together with other vital statistics of the vessel such as acceleration, inclination angle, resistance etc. We have filed this equipment for patent.
- Air Bubble Technology – We are researching to craft the device for cutting down on the resistance of the ship, which will eventually set the ship on a greater speed and reduce fuel consumption.
- Process Automation Module – Our research and development team is trying to devise process automation interlocks based on pressure, temperature and level feedbacks.
